Vector strategy files are distributed through the Vector directory on Whop. Once you have access to the directory (granted as part of active membership), downloading a file and getting it into NinjaTrader on your VPS is a two-step process: download and import.
This article assumes your maintenance is up to date and you have access to the Vector strategy directory on Whop.
You can either download directly inside the VPS or download on your local computer and move the file across. Both work — pick whichever is easier for you.
Downloads).This is the simplest path because the file lands on the VPS and doesn't need to be moved anywhere.
Some clients prefer to download on their personal computer (faster, familiar environment). The catch is that NinjaTrader needs the file on the VPS, not on your local computer — so the file has to be moved across the Remote Desktop connection.
Step 1 — Download locally. Sign into Whop in your normal browser on your personal computer. Click the download link. The file lands in your local Downloads folder.
Step 2 — Transfer the file into the VPS. The easiest method is copy/paste over Remote Desktop, which works out of the box in most RDP clients:

In Windows' Remote Desktop Connection, this is under Show Options → Local Resources → Clipboard. Some RDP apps on Mac and Linux may need a similar setting toggled.
