Yes. Your VPS supports Remote Desktop access from mobile devices, so you can check the status of your VPS or your NinjaTrader setup from your phone or tablet.
Once installed, add a new connection using your VPS details. The app shows your VPS desktop, including NinjaTrader.
Because you're viewing a full desktop computer through a phone screen, the interface will be small and the visibility isn't ideal — fine details and small buttons can be hard to see or tap. That said, mobile access still does the job for the most important task: enabling or disabling strategies if you need to act quickly and aren't near your computer.
Your VPS only supports one Remote Desktop session at a time (see: VPS & Platform Basics). If you stay connected from your phone, the Vector team cannot access the VPS to perform updates or maintenance — and conversely, if the team is connected, your mobile session will be disconnected.
Best practice on mobile:
If your goal is just to monitor open positions, confirm everything closed correctly, or check the day's balance, your broker's own mobile app is often the easiest tool — most brokers (Tradovate, IBKR, NinjaTrader Brokerage, etc.) have one. The broker app is purpose-built for viewing positions on a phone and tends to be much more legible than viewing NinjaTrader through Remote Desktop.
Important distinction: The broker app shows you what's happening with your account, but it cannot enable, disable, or modify your Vector strategies. That can only be done through NinjaTrader inside the VPS. Use the broker app for monitoring; use the Remote Desktop connection to the VPS when you actually need to interact with the strategies.
Mobile access (whether via Remote Desktop or your broker's app) is a viewer. Your strategies run on the VPS itself, not on your phone — closing an app or losing phone signal does not stop your strategies.
