How do I reactivate my Vector license if it's been deactivated?
If your Vector license has been deactivated (for example, after a payment interruption — see: What Happens If My Payment Fails and My License Deactivates?), reactivation is handled through a support ticket.
How to request reactivation
- Open a ticket at http://support.vectoralgorithmics.io/ and let the team know you're requesting license reactivation.
- The team will verify your account status and any pending billing matters on their side.
- Once any payment/account items are cleared, the team will reactivate your license.
- After reactivation, restart NinjaTrader to pick up the updated license.
The team will communicate through the ticket thread with any additional information they need from you (payment method update, confirmation of account details, etc.) during the process.
