If a Vector Algorithmics maintenance fee payment fails, your license is automatically deactivated. While the license is inactive, your strategies will not be able to place trades in NinjaTrader until the license is reactivated.

What You'll See

When the license is deactivated, NinjaTrader displays a Vendor Notification popup indicating that the strategy no longer has a valid license attached to your machine ID. This popup is generated by NinjaTrader's built-in NinjaScript licensing system — it appears the moment the strategy tries to operate without an active license.

How to Resolve

1. Update your payment method if the original one failed (on whatever billing portal you use for your Vector subscription).
2. Open a support ticket requesting license reactivation. Include your machine ID if the popup shows it.
